Before becoming a Realtor, Steve successfully started, managed, and sold two medical equipment companies.  He holds a B.S. and a Masters Degree from the University of Maryland.

Steve believes that whether you are selling medical equipment, a company, or a home, these three basic skills apply:
1. Listen to the client
2. Communicate with the client frequently.
3. Negotiate with a sense of fairness and honesty

As a Realtor, Steve has been recognized for his sales and listing achievements.  More important to him are the number of clients he has successfully helped buy or sell a home.  His clients include first time homebuyers, families relocating to this area, local clients trading up or downsizing, developers, and financial institutions foreclosing properties.

On the personal side, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends.  He and his wife of 35 years have three grown children and four very spoiled grandchildren.  Steve loves to play golf and is an active member of Prestonwood Country Club.  He specializes in golf course communities.
